Context:Within GEMS (Global Energy Management & Sales), and in particular the BP Clients, the digital officer will work with FinOps users, customer journey teams, and our front officers to provide them with innovative tools adapted to their needs. By liaising with the Support teams, the Infra teams and the other development teams, he interconnects the various information systems in compliance with security rules. He pays particular attention to performance and good software craftsmanship practices (test-driven development, continuous build, etc...) Role:Attached to the Chief Digital Officer of the BP CLIENTS, you will be an essential link to make FinOps & Customer Journeys services growing up and automate some manual activities in order to simplify process. 1/ In the main activities, you will : Automate manual processes in connection with end users and suppliers,Perform support on the services made available regardless of the tool used,Ensure the excellence of data and the continuous improvement of knowledge,Stay aware of new technology and potential work methodology,2/ You will also be part of Wattson evolution, meaning: Analyse, monitor, test and deploy new features for the WattsOn solution. Contribute to the deployment of the use of WattsOn. 3/ Ensure all processes are documented and updated Hard skills:You have a strong affinity with IT systems & digital way of working including coding (Dataiku, python, etc.).You are well-versed in office tools (in particular Excel, Power Query, Power Automate).You are confident using IT tools to carry out modelling activities. You make sure to stay in close contact with the IT teams and know how to adapt to breaking changesSoft skills:You meet deadlines.You are organized and methodical.You think critically, have analytical and summary skills and can identify malfunctions.You are rigorous in taking notes, writing reports and processes.You are a pedagogue and know how to train functional teams on the subjects made available to them.You are keen to transmit your knowledge and create long-lasting process chains.You are agile and know how to adapt while respecting the imposed priorities.You have an affinity for data processing, data cleaning and big data model.You enjoy working with numbers and are open to digitalization (coding).You have business sense, good customer relations skills, analytical and summary skills, good organizational skills, team spirit and a curious nature.You know how to express yourself to clearly define your needs or your solutions and are skilled in questions and answers.You are thorough, independent and take initiative.
